Why you chose the date of wedding (did it have any meaning?)
September is between our birthdays to space out the presents!
Anything about how you met/proposal story
He proposed in Rome on the last night of our holiday, having made me unknowingly carry the ring around all week in the backpack until he found the perfect time – at the Colosseum after dinner.
Your inspiration/style/aspirations for the day
We ditched a lot of the traditions – no best man/ bridesmaids, no first dance, no speeches, had a twilight ceremony, no evening guests and did it our way.
We wanted to keep it small and fun, with garden games during drinks/ canapés. We knew we wanted a live band, who didn’t disappoint.

Memorable/emotional/funny moment on the day
A cleavage and glasses full of confetti at the end of our confetti walk.
How did you discover me and why you chose me to photograph the day
Our venue couldn’t speak highly enough of you and they felt you’d suit our relaxed vibe perfectly
