Cheshire wedding at home. Katherine grew up in Kingsley, Cheshire which also happened to be where I grew up! It meant so much to me to be able to shoot at the Church where I attended whilst being at primary school and also the reception in the home that I walked past daily when I lived in the village.
They planned a Cheshire wedding at home with a secret garden theme, three marquees, all the details were incredible. Planned meticulously by Michael and Alison with so many surprises along the way.
Our morning started with a relaxed bridal prep, all the girls getting ready whilst also doing a music video – Kat had obviously practiced as she nailed it!

A red London bus escorted the guests from the house to the Church…meeting some guests at the local pub on the way! ST. Johns church in Kingsley, decorated in the most beautiful flowers, supplied by a friend of the family. Michael was beaming with pride as he walked Katherine down the aisle.
Champagne & Canapes back a the Marquee whilst a few formal photographs took place. Onto the main marquee where the meal and speeches took place.
The speeches…. my favourite part of the day! They were so heartfelt, funny and I love the expressions on peoples faces. We had a surprise Del boy for Phil and his dad, Phil being feature on fan zone, Katherine & Phil having a pint race and a rap from the chief bridesmaid.
The evening Marquee was a surprise for the couple, Michael and Alison had arranged for it to be like the nightclub 53 degrees in Warrington {where they met!}
A vodka luge, photobooth, band and cocktail bar, the dancing was in full swing!
To finish the night all the guests were called through to the amazing firework display.
