Forest Shoot // Gabriella

Forest shoot in the forest. Look at Gabriella’s gorgeous little smile. I could just feel the love oozing out of this family and they look so cute together. This was one of my mini shoots in Delamere forest and Shelley who happens to be an old school friend got in touch to book in to get some pictures of her lovely little family of three. I was originally supposed to be capturing their wedding this year but as covid had other plans they’ve had to postpone until next year. So they thought a mini shoot would be perfect to take their minds off their postponed wedding and get some lovely memories with their little girl Gabriella.

I’ve seen this happen so much this year, it’s so hard for couples to have to postpone their weddings so I’m glad I’ve been able to soften the blow with family and couples shoots this year in the gorgeous locations we’ve found. It’s meant that couples can still look back on happy memories from 2020 and it’s really showed me the importance of family. The weddings I’ve been able to shoot have also shown me this, although they’ve been smaller everyone has pulled together so much and I’ve loved seeing the real sense of family shine through.

We had so many lovely moments on this shoot with Shelley, Matt and Gabriella, I love seeing little one’s personalities come out and Gabriella’s was definitely evident when she almost fell off a bench and then immediately tried to do it again! What a mischievous monkey!
