Jewish wedding at Wrenbury hall // Sophie & David

Jewish wedding at Wrenbury Hall in Cheshire with Sophie & David. An absolute whirlwind of a day and great to work with so many amazing suppliers.

Describe your wedding in three words

Joyous, magical, whirlwind

Anything about how you met/proposal story
We were in school together with some friends in common but never really met. We ended up going to the same uni and became best friends on day 1. We’ve been together ever since, for 8 and a half years. We love going on walks in nature and David took me to the seven sisters cliffs on my birthday, made a picnic and proposed to me overlooking the sea. It was so perfect.

Your inspiration/style/aspirations for the day

We wanted the day to be full of joy with great food and music. We decided on spring meadow flowers and lounge suit rather than black tie as we wanted a more relaxed vibe.

Memorable/emotional/funny moment on the day

David’s speech was everything. It was a true deceleration of love and I felt so lucky to be marrying him.

How did you discover me and why you chose me to photograph the day

I found you on Instagram and loved how you captured real moments.

Wedding song?

Harvest Moon- Neil Young

Any advice for couples planning their wedding?

Remind yourself that the day is about you and your partner. Don’t get hung up on the details.

Are you going on a honeymoon?

We went to Thailand and it was the best holiday we’ve been on sa far!
