Larkspur Lodge // Hayley & Aron

Hayley & Aron had an amazing Cheshire wedding day at the new wedding venue Larkspur Lodge in Knutsford. Their Autumnal wedding was so full of laughter and love, Hayley said it was ‘Everything we imagined’!  And it really was, surrounded by their brilliant family and friends! I caught up with them over email after the big day and Hayley made me very jealous by mentioning they are honeymooning in Duabi and Mauritius.

That time you get together just as a couple after the whirlwind of your wedding day is a perfect moment. Reminiscing about your wedding, about all the things people said and did and just connecting the stories up. Then of course you get your photos & film and then all those memories come to life again and are captured forever, so it is pretty important you get a photographer that really suits you!

Hayley & Aron found me from a few family shoots and Facebook, being a Cheshire wedding photographer my website can be found easily and from there they looked through my work.

The couple met at work and soon became housemates. Aron proposed whilst on their annual dog friently holiday trip to a log cabin in Wales. They booked Larkspur Lodge and the wedding date was almost a year to the date from when Aron proposed.

“We wanted our day to be relaxed, with a rustic, autumnal and cosy feel. The decorations were to be full of neutral tones and lots of greenery”. Hayley’s dress was a shock for most as a lot of guests expected a more simplistic design, the stunning bridal gown was from Natalie ann Bridal in Liverpool.

The couple said “We loved the hectic sparklers photos (definitely a heath and safety hazard haha) and the Israeli dancing. The funniest moment was our cousin Zoe trying and failing to jump over the groom and his friends on the floor! Thank good she was ok after crashing to the floor. It was amazing to have all our family and friends together as many had not met before, especially Hayley’s Dad who got to meet the whole Kirsh family!”

As the evening celebrations started, Hayley & Aron took to the floor;  “We weren’t keen on an actual first dance as we’re not a fan of the classic slow dance so we went for our fave Israeli/Jewish songs and danced The Hora. I’m pleased to say we didn’t fall off the chairs!!!” This was a highlight for me on the day, so much fun!

I really loved their Cheshire wedding day, thank you so much for choosing me to be part of your celebrations! Enojy your Honeymoon Mr & Mrs Kirsh
