As a family we have always been very concerned where our produce is sourced. Consequently, we grow a variety of the salads, vegetables and fruit in our own vegetable garden at our extended family home and function venue Abbeywood Estate in Cheshire. At a Northern Dishes catered event we’ll bakes you cakes made from our own eggs, serve you honey from our own hive, and veggies, herbs & edible flowers that we grow ourselves.
