Relaxed family shoot // Chloe

“What a fun and relaxed photo shoot. Jess was super friendly and made us all feel totally at ease in front of the camera. I just love it when I get feedback like this. This is why I do the job I do. I love capturing happy families and their moments in relaxed family photoshoots. In this particular shoot the forest had just turned green and there were only little hints of the old autumnal colours poking through the gorgeous greenery. It made for the perfect bright backdrop for Chloe and her mum and dad to shine. We had amazing fun wandering through the trees and blowing dandelion clocks and I was able to capture Chloe and her family in their element, a relaxed shoot with no pressure to perform or pose, just to have a bit of fun.

I love making connections with my clients and their families and that enables me to get the best out of your family shoot, keeping it relaxed and informal. There’s no point pushing you into poses you’re not comfortable in and I won’t even ask you to smile. Kids are notorious for that awful forced “school smile” as I call it, (you know the one I mean, it’s in all their school photographs) Well that just isn’t me so all you’ll get from me is a connection, fun, and all natural smiles! There really is nothing else to it!
