RUNNING ORDER OF YOUR DAY

Running order of the day. Wooooo – Hooooo! Here are the final details I will need! If you want to give me a call to discuss anything please do.

Optional zoom meeting before the day:
Because of how busy wedding season is, consultations will be held Monday-Thursday 10:00am-8:00pm via Zoom

I don’t offer venue visits or weekend meetings (because I am usually out shooting)

Please include postcodes on all locations or “what 3 words”
I arrive 2 hours before the ceremony for prep and stay until first dance & around 5-8 songs (8:30pm/9:00pm ish) There will be a natural documentary approach to the day – getting ready, arriving, ceremony, reactions, family photographs, details, speeches and dancing!

Please let me know if there are any restrictions during the ceremony.

After the wedding:
Here is what happens next – www.jessyarwood.co.uk/married I will send a little preview of the day usually within 1 week (however if it’s wedding season it may be longer) Then 8-12 weeks for delivery of images via online gallery.

Any information you think I need to know please put in notes.
Much love  – Jess xx

Running Order
**Please read** I will always try and meet your requirements and capture the shots that you request I just ask that you are aware this is time dependent and subject to my creative style. I am shooting documentary photography all day, I interact when it's cool and step back at the right time. It's your day and I respect that. We spend about 15 mins for some shots of you both. I try to choose a time for this when your guests won't even know you are gone. If you choose to have more 'formal shots' then this will take away from the amount of documentary images you will receive. It is also impossible to take a picture of every guest!
This could be a best man/chief bridesmaid. Please let them know I have their number.
Second Shooters work 8 hours - we can discuss over email.
I start 2 hours before the ceremony start time. Please put the time I arrive - not the time you start getting ready.
The officiant will ask me to take pictures of signing the register once completed. I will then ask Witness' to come back for a photograph. Anyone else you would like to have a photograph with please let me know.
Are there any restrictions?
Don't worry if there are more I will try get as many as possible but please allow the time to capture them as it may not be possible to capture them all. Please put in preference order.
I will forward a copy of the running order back to you. Please give them your family shot list.
You can tell me anything, little details or perhaps a certain shot you'd like of the two of you or with a special family member. If you've spent weeks handcrafting a fab table decoration for example then let me know. A family member or friend has travelled especially for your day, the moments that you want to treasure.
