Summer / Autumn Mini Shoot in the Forest // Arthur

I shot Kim & Robbie’s wedding back in 2018 at the stunning Oak Tree of Peover so it was lovely to see them again for Arthur’s baby shoot and then again at 18 months for a mini shoot at Delamere Forest in Cheshire. They chose the Summer/Autumn time (September) because of the gorgeous warm sun, green still on the ground with the leaves starting to fall – the weather was stunning! It’s one of my favourite time of year for a family mini shoot in the forest.
Arthur is such a character and was so lovely to see him again from the lifestyle baby shoot. He loved exploring the forest – his favourite being a super fast runner. I asked Kim for her most memorable part of the shoot – “Arthur running off” …. he certainly had me getting my fitbit steps in! From the images below you can tell he enjoyed himself, the mini shoot is very much directed by the children and where they would like to go. Shot in the Summer / Autumn so gorgeous greens and the autumn light starting to set in. 

A little review…. 

Jess is so friendly she makes you feel at ease. I love how interactive she is with the family making Arthur giggle to make sure she gets the best shots for us. She took us to Delamere to a spot I have never been before it was nice and quite which made it easier to get some beautiful pictures. Her timeframe for getting the pictures to us is super speedy she is defiantly our number one choice for picture and we will definitely be going to her more in the future !

So lovely seeing you all and can’t wait to see Arthur grow!
