Trafford Hall Wedding Photographer // Beki & Chris
I had such a great time capturing Beki and Chris’s big day, these childhood friends had a brilliant spring wedding day at Trafford Hall near Chester. Beki looked absolutely gorgeous, she wore an elegant fifties/sixties style full length dress (made by herself may I add!) with the cutest bow details with her hair styled in a perfect updo with veil. She looked incredible. They chose a spring wedding at Trafford Hall as Beki loves daffodils and all the flowers on the day were bright spring florals to celebrate the time of year and to fit in with multi coloured theme their daughters chose for them. Luckily the spring weather decided to play along too and it was a divine blue sky day.
If you are looking to get married in the Chester area, you should absolutely have a look at Trafford Hall, it’s set in lovely gardens and with the option to put a marquee or Tipi outside as well as using the beautiful building itself.
Chris and Beki chose a traditional feel for their spring wedding with plenty of fun along the way. A moving church ceremony was followed by a reception and evening celebrations at Trafford Hall. I loved photographing the day, from hoola hooping guests (young and older!), an awesome rainbow cake and tipi chill out zone to serious dance floor moves as well as all the beautiful moments. I’m so happy they chose me for their Trafford Hall wedding;
I found you on Facebook and loved your photographs, every time I scrolled through Facebook I’d hope it was you when I loved the photos and it always was. You were so relaxed and helpful on the day and mingled in with the wedding, you were an amazing part of our day.
Beki and Chris first met at High school where Chis was a few years older. Eventually love struck the pair when Beki was 18 and they had their gorgeous daughter soon after.
When I was pregnant with our second daughter we went on our annual holiday to Porthmadog and he proposed on the beach with help from the eldest daughter.
I wanted to have a traditional spring wedding because nobody does that anymore. We had a church with an organist, the children chose the multi coloured theme and I wore a veil over my face. The whole day I wanted to be family oriented.The speeches were amazing and the gift Chris got me on the morning of the wedding was so thoughtful and unlike him at all so that was a lovely surprise. We were lucky with the weather too!
We want to say a massive thank you for all your help and care that you put into the wedding and can’t wait to see what you captured.
Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Maddock, I hope you had an amazing honeymoon (just the two of you for the first time in 10 years without the little ones!) and that you enjoy this little review of your amazing day,
love Jess x
